⦁No ticket purchase is required for children under 3 years of age, on the condition that they sit on the lap of their parent.
⦁Guests in a wheelchair are granted free entry, on the condition that they sit in their wheelchair. In this case, the ticket is issued at the cinema info station. If the guest wishes to sit in a cinema seat, a ticket must be purchased.
⦁Events, business customer purchases
⦁Schools and kindergartens can make group bookings at ⦁firstname.lastname@example.org, where questions and concerns can be added, which cinema will attempt to resolve to the best of their ability.
⦁Business customers can send an inquiry for room rental, etc. to ⦁email@example.com.
⦁Gift card/gift ticket
⦁A Gift Card is valid only in Apollo cinema, and can be used only once. They can be purchased from Apollo Cinemas info station.
⦁A Gift Ticket can only be used at Apollo Cinemas to pay for one ticket. It cannot be used to buy food or drinks. Gift Tickets can be purchased from the web shop and Apollo Cinemas.
⦁Customer account problems
⦁Your account password can only be reset via e-mail, if the entered e-mail address exists in the database. If there is no such e-mail address in the database, please write to ⦁firstname.lastname@example.org to make the necessary changes.
⦁To receive a faster response concerning your lost item, please visit the cinema box office. You can also write to email@example.com, where you can add the exact description of the lost item. Information will be forwarded to the cinema in question, and the customer will be personally contacted.
⦁Movie information inquiry (time/3D/languages, etc.)
⦁All movie information is written below the concerned screening: format, duration of the screening, the end of the movie and subtitle languages.
⦁Cinemas do not have a separate phone number, information is available through firstname.lastname@example.org. For urgent problems, please proceed directly to the cinema box office.
⦁Receiving/using a bonus ticket
⦁A bonus ticket is a ticket which a club member receives free as a 10th movie ticket.
⦁A ticket will accrue on the account as soon as all previously purchased 9 screenings have finished.
⦁A Gift Ticket is not valid at special events and it can’t be used to buy a new gift ticket. Gift Tickets can be passed on.
⦁Gift Tickets can also be to make payment when purchasing a ticket online. When starting the payment process, the system offers an option to enter a promotion code, which needs to be confirmed with a checkmark.
⦁Failed ticket purchase
⦁If tickets were not issued, but money was taken from your account, please send the payment order for the failed purchase from the bank to ⦁email@example.com. The payment order will be forwarded to accounting and the money will be transferred back to your account.
⦁In situations such as these, tickets cannot be issued, because in this case, the system does not connect the ticket with the payment.
⦁Receiving/using a BCC
⦁A member of an Apollo Club, who has made EUR 100 in purchases will receive a bonus card.
⦁The bonus card can be used for purchases starting from EUR 15.
⦁Several bonus cards can also be used at the same time.
⦁Feedback can be given right at the cinema. If there are any problems, we can solve them right away.
⦁All observations and ideas are awaited at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any worries and joys concerning a specific cinema, will be forwarded to the cinema in question, and the response will come straight from that cinema.
